Standard configurations are optimized modular layouts built from the core Onsuite system. They are designed to demonstrate proven, efficient arrangements that balance cost, functionality, and spatial performance.

These layouts represent some of our most common and effective configurations, but they are not the full extent of what is possible.

All Onsuite homes are modular by design, meaning configurations can be adjusted, extended, or restructured based on site conditions, lifestyle needs, and project requirements.

For clients with specific requirements, custom configurations are available upon inquiry.

02 — Linear

A sequential modular layout arranged in a straight line.

Spaces are organized in a clear functional flow such as living, sleeping, and working zones.

03 — Courtyard

Modules arranged around a central open space.

Creates a private outdoor core that enhances light, airflow, and indoor-outdoor living.

04 — Hub

A central core module connects multiple surrounding wings.

Acts as the structural and social centre of the home, with flexible extensions in multiple directions.

05 — Family

An expanded residential configuration designed for multi-occupant living.

Balances private and shared spaces while maintaining modular flexibility for future expansion.

06 — Custom Configuration

A tailored modular layout designed based on client requirements.

Using the same Onsuite system, modules can be arranged, expanded, and adapted to suit specific land conditions, spatial needs, and architectural goals.

Custom configurations are developed through direct consultation to ensure structural compatibility and design integrity within the Onsuite system.
